alternative source than BOC for welding gas

anyone should be able to weld with c02 if you can weld with argoshield, shouldnt have porous welds either argoshield has co2 in it anyway, pure co2 does make the arc more fierce and theres a lot more splatter, i have sen a lot of welds crack though that havebeen co2 welded because it produces a much harder weld
