Will go quite easily if you have steady hands...
Note: the above may or may not be entirely correct.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, and then it struck me.

It depends on what you mean by "info"

Get some scrap steel and cut it into little plates. Start with trying to "fuse" your name into one to get a feel for what's happening with the heat/melting, try it again with a filler rod. If you manage that try to fuse a couple of plates together, go onto using the filler rods. Then when you get confident with that give some angles a go. You could even try some continuous pipewelds if your ambitious.

When you start to understand steel then get some ally and prepare to blow holes everywhere

As KN says just try to keep a steady hand and have lots of patience. It's really rewarding when you get it right and looks lovely

Have the torch at a 60 degree angle and rod at 40 degrees to the plate and the tip of the tugsten about 2mm from plate. Always grind your tugsten up the bench grinding wheel the sharper and longer the point more delicate arc good for thinner plate and shallower the tip angle and just nip the sharpe point off will withstand a slightly stronger arc. There's loads of things really but hope some of that helps! I'm a welder fabricator by trade so any questions feel free to ask
