C20XE Machining Mods?

So what can be done? I can machining done for free or at very low cost by a mate at work. Some things i will be doing,

Cylinder Head Skim
Engine Bore
Pistons Polished and chemically cleaned
Lightened Fly wheel
Polished Crank

Anything else i can do? Absolutely anything?

you could take a dremel thing to the cylinder head and remove any ingle berries in the ports. 3 angle or raius valve seats are a good move too.

balance the bottom end with the fly, clutch, etc fitted. make it nicer to rev. other than that, just make sure the bores are 90 deg to the crank from the end and from the side. othe rthan thaty search for threads on blueprinting and any started but chip or tfs. both vare full of useful info

how do u plan to rebore the block but use the same pistons?

Can hone the cylinders if i wanted to use the same pistons! New piston rings or new pistons if i bore!
