Spraying over Tetra Schultz - Help

Ive just had my car fully resparayed and have tetra schultzed the inside of the wheel arches. I really want to sparay inside the arches body colour though. Is it possible to spray over the schultz somehow? I tried to paint straight over it few weeks back with white stonechip paint and it all went soggy and had to be taken off with scraper. Is there any way i can get them painted body colour without taking the schultz off?

is the schults the tar stays sticky sytle stuff?

Yeah i think it is, sprayed it on using compressor, goes reasonably hard to touch i think can this be sprayed over any way???

you can,t spray over schutz

as said above,
you can only paint over underseal that drys complete and gos hard,
