Yeah, best thing you can do is rub back with some 1500 or something, another coat of primer and then rub that back a little and hopefully you should be able to hide it. It depends just how bad it is. You might need a couple of extra coats of primer.

    Just back from the workshop.
Hit it with a few more coats and it appears to have gone.
Will leave it to dry overnight.

buy a product called guide coat once sprayed on to the area with filler if anything is going to show through once paint is applied the guide coat will show it up, then you will have to sand down on these areas that have come up.

Also there is no mask which is not air fed that is suitable for spraying 2pack, in our shop we have these new masks called fly masks that can withstand a very small level of Isocyanate but not enough so you can spray body panels with it..

trust if ya gonna use 2k you will be needing an air fed mask, to risky without jus for the sake of a few panels

A very light dusting from a black aerosol will also do this job nicely.

I wouldn't trust it. I have a mask very similar to that I use for non-Isocyanate spraying and I know how much solvent I end up inhaling even though I have the mask on because of the fit round the face obviously isn't 100% as everyones face is different.

There is also no protection for your eyes. Isocyanates like to enter your system via your tear ducts.

Some decent goggles and one of those masks will be far better than one guy I know who's protection consists of "holding my breath"

I guess it also depends on how often you spray. Once every 3 or 4 years and I'd say your fine (2 pack probably won't even exist when you do your next one), but if your doing a few cars a year then def. get the proper air fed neg pressure seal kit.
Its better to burn out than to fade away. So long as theres not a police car behind you at the time...

yeh they are very simular to what we sell mate BUT as ali says it will not protect you enough to spray large amounts of Isocyanates, if your after a nice gloss without using cellulose jus use a polyester basecoat with a single pack laquer.
