    Rocker cover spraying?

    Hi peeps

I've got a rocker cover off a C20XE Cav and I'm hoping to spray it red and fit it to my C20LET Calibra.

Can I use normal spray paint and lacquer or will this peel under the heat?

I've heard it will be fine I just need reassuring so I can shift the blame if it goes wrong lmao lmao

    Cheers

I have used Halfords tins on a few of mine and as long as you degrease the cover well and allow time to dry between coats you will be fine.

Good tip is to 'warm' the tin up in 'warm-hot' water too as it helps with the way the paint goes on and dry's.

Mine have been on the car now for 2 years and are still fine
