I really like US eBayers who bother to include UK shipping on their auctions. Might root through some of his other stuff too...

I have a load of chassis resto and detail to do and this would be far better than using Smoothrite and probably work out cheaper than shipping everything out for powdercoating...

Good find there remus. I might owe you a pint.
Remember if your buying from the US you'll be charged vat.

only is they spot check the order + most us sellar's mark their packages as gift's so the recipiant wont recieve the charge.

Only thing i would worry about is getting an electricity adapter so the unit doesnt blow up!

You still get charged VAT & duty if its a gift. Some sellers will also get really arsey if you ask them to do this or write down a low value as its tax fraud.

I import a lot of stuff from the US and only get hit for import taxes and duty about 1/3 of the time which makes the average VAT & duty I pay something like 6 or 7% on average. Also helps when the £250 carb was an item they missed and the £8 rubber seal was one they picked on! LOL.
Its better to burn out than to fade away. So long as theres not a police car behind you at the time...
