    new purchase

mk4 astra van, 1.6 8v (same as i got in the wifes car) 12 months mot, a few months tax, few little scratchs and the odd little dint (as to be expected with a van) spotless interior and clean rear section. its been fitted with lowered suspension at some point in its life but the last owner put standard rears back on for a more clearence. i will however be dropping it back down tonight.
wheels will be changed for my mk4 sri rims later today and front tints will probably go.

i wont tell you what i paid for it as you'll cry how cheap i got it. picked it up from up monmoth way this morning.
im going to try and find a pair of star silver doors (with electric windows fitted as i have keep fit windows), sri/sxi sports seats and need a pair of front fogs (the wiring and brackets are there on the rear of mine, just need cutting out)

well the mk3 aint going anywhere, ive had it too long now to sell it and i wouldnt get any serious cash for it, so its staying in the garage on sorn, it will get a respray and dents/dings taken out over the winter so it'll be replacing the mk3 as my car for now. im toying with the idea of putting the black ones on but will stick the mk4's on for now. more pic's later when im done.

    Re: new purchase

well i was looking for front fogs as i spotted the wiring was in place for them and the bumper had the brackets on the rear and after trying to find a cheap sh pair and failing and just about to bite the bullet and buy new ones on ebay for £20+ each i managed to find an ebay ad where the guy was selling a brand new ones with £5.99starting bids on ebay. after a few messages he argeed to end the auctions and sell me the pair for £20 delivered! they arrived today while i was in work so i whipped the bumper off when i got home, cut out the marked spaces on the rear (using the angle grinder lmao lmao) bolted them in, refitted everything, fitted a new headlight switch (with the front fog button) popped in some relays in the fuse box and here it is!
