After an incident involving black ice I have a badly dented quarter panel drivers side, its a 3 door. Are there anyone in the North West England or North Wales areas who could repair/replace/weld over with a new peace the damaged area, and what sort of cost are we looking at?

you got a pic of the damage mate? is it only the body panel?

it is just the panel itself everything ok underneath. I will get a photo in the morning when it is light but it was a slow slide into a brick wall. the damage does not go all the way up the panel, it approx 100mm from the crease below the window down. The sills are also fine.
