    yea 16v all the way, just had a quick nose at mine with the plugs out, 1 is up and 2 3 4 are around center lol think number 1 caused the problem will try get the head off later for pics

    what suprises me that its still going. andy will agree from being in the astra with me, it lives on the redline and considering its the "fragile ecotec" its still going after over 3 years abuse! must do a cambelt change though, i aint done one since owning it and have no idea when it was last done.

    If you ever take the engine out I'll have first dibs, it's a rocket

    The Vauxhall place down Treforest (Hutchings) do trade club, so cambelt shouldn't be too expensive. Fancy a cambelt changing afternoon
