it is mint. not a single stone chip on the bonnet, super clean body work, only a small scuff on one arch, no rust anywhere and super shiny paint work!

andy has the car got autoup on the windows? if they are then im sure the windows are supposed to be permenant live, try by putting the drivers window down then when locking it with the key hold the key half way between lock and deadlock for a few seconds, the windows should go up.

Will try tonight matey. have wanged a thread up to check whether they should be on perm live though, just doesn't make sense to me, the old mans Rover had it and they weren't on perm live. You might be right though.

cos i left the vaux display hooked up when i did mine, and it used to stay on all the time till i unhooked it from the stereo, could be the sam e thing on yours Andy

They do Is the system that primative that they just stay on all the time? I'd have thought there would be some sort of relay to activate and then deactivate??

Not at the moment, but it could well have done before, I've got to swap my Sony in there so we'll have a look when we do.
