The start of what may i ask? Has it now fallen to members to organize their own meets? I thought approval from Admin was required for all things to do with the club. It has become painfully obvious that the Welsh region is second only to the Irish region.

I live in south wales so i can only organise the south of wales considering there is a good 200 miles between north and south
Plus the south wales region is doing really well, had 2 good meets so far with another planned end of this month (with even more new faces plus the regular people) so i'm not really sure what you mean
A few months back there wasnt even talk going on in here, now we have (so far) monthly meets and pretty good activety in here (in all fairness Rob,mondeo man

I agree with most of what uve said and i am impressed by the South of Wales members/users coming together. I just dont think there will be much attention placed on Wales and its needs as the region just isnt a money maker.
Please dont take any offence, i think youre doing a good job Ian, youre just not getting much support and will be getting even less now that Tathan has been banned.

TBH i'm not doing a great job, i just ask what people want and basically everyone else inputs everything i just put the bits together, one meet rob basically took charge (not in a bad way) and made the plans. The way i see it is why should one person get to say what we are doing and when, i'm sure members would be happier if they could all have some input
TBH i see north and south wales as different regions. I've suggested this to Tom before but for whatever reason they want to keep it like this. I just concentrate on the south since i can't do bugger all for up north. Like i said it would be better if some one up north just took charge to organise meets then at least i would have some one to work with on having a big meet

No in all honesty someone from the north is going to have to start the arranging of the meets to prove it will work, before admin will recoqnise the Issue.

To clarify.......
I only meant that as in all things to do with business, Wales at the moment isnt member strong, thus your bargaining position for any benefits* from Admin is poor.
I do think there is potential in Wales, youve only to look at the Welsh members on other forums to see theres a few good people out there.
* Proper care and attention to members needs by appointing necessary regional co-ordinators.
