All prices include VAT

Items can be sent to us by post or courier and will be subject to P&P charges to be returned.

We have a large range of colours available that are not kept in stock for an extra £10.

Prices above are based on Black, Gray, Navy Blue and Red.

What is Flocking?

Flocking is the coating of a substrate with nylon fibers using high voltage, electro-static equipment.

Each individual nylon flock fiber is just a fraction of a millimeter thick. Nylon is used because of its excellent durability and strength, a high melting point (220c) and superior lasting qualities. It is an ideal candidate for application that requires abrasive resistance and resiliency.

An electrostatic charge is generated that propels the fibers at a high velocity onto the adhesive coated substrate. This causes the flocking fibers to penetrate and imbed in the adhesive at right angles to substrate. This forms a high density, uniform flock coating or layer.

This dense and durable finish has excellent anti-glare properties.


Advantages of flocked surfaces

Flocking interior surfaces provides many advantages including:

* - Masking unattractive substrates
* - Non reflective surface: Anti glare for dashboards
* - Easy to clean

Can you give us some more info on the steering wheel flocking please.
I've not seen it done before (or at least that I know of) and wondering what part your flock and how well it stands upto wear and tear.

Looks good but doesn't really say anything about steering wheels or have photos of it.

What I'm really asking is:
1) how is applied to the wheel.
2) can it be applied to leather/plastic/whatever with the same effect and adhesion?.
3) How well does it wear?
4) Any if/feedback from people who have had it done for a while and can comment on it

I maybe really interested in getting it done but need to know the above.
