Head gaskets



Manufactured in Italy, Athena MLS Headgaskets consist of 2-5 layers of steel sheets of different compositions and covered by an elastomer layer that gives excellent sealing properties. Beadings around the combustion chambers and oil/coolant passages increase the local sealing pressure (Macro sealing) whilst full-surface or partial elastomer coatings provide additional tightness (Micro Sealing). Thanks to their composition, Athena gaskets considerably incease the sealing and injection pressure to the lowest engine head bolt tension and guarantee better reliabiltity and performance.

Presently available for the C20LET / C20XE @ 87mm bore with a 4-layer Grp.A 1.3mm thickness, by the end of March the stock will have expanded to include 1.9mm gaskets for the C20LET, and 88mm bore gaskets for 2.1 C20XE engines.

Bottom end bearings

High performance engines demand the best parts and the highest levels of precision so its good to know that you can rely on ACL's range of master crafted engine bearings. ACL bearings combine unique design with metallurgy and engineering to deliver the high performance required from an hard loading engine part.

Steel con rods

After 4 years of development work and testing, P.E.C. has come up with several new designs over the conventional and traditional H-Beam pattern Including special light weight versions for XE race engines, stronger engines for C20LET drag racing and will soon include a new pattern for squirting oil onto the underside of piston crowns. A full release will be ready in about a month's time.
