i managed to sort this one, as im using google chrome i cannot confirm it works for Internet explorer however i should imagine its a similar process..

1. open a chrome webpage..
2. click on the spanner in the top right hand corner of the window, this will open another webpage..
3. click on ''under the hood'' tab on the left hand side..
4. click on ''clear browsing data''..
5. tick the boxes "empty the cache" and "delete cookies and other site plug in data", make sure the drop down box is changed to before you picked the different skin!! if unsure simply choose the beginning of time ..
6. click clear browsing data, itll do its stuff and shut that small window..
7. close all open Chrome browsers..
8. TRY IT OUT
