When I try to upload it to MIG, or link to it from a hosted site it says "invalid file"

The last time I had this problem I wrote directly to the chief of staff and he loaded it for me, who said Mike was useless!

I managed to load mine OK about 3 weeks ago and plenty of new avatars are appearing....
Hmmm, weird. It doesn't work from a URL but does work from upload...
