Database error

Morning all I can browse MIG fine this morning, all the forums are there and I can see new threads listed but most threads won't load, it comes up with database error.

If it's not fixed by Sunday im gonna kick Benn in the nuts

it only came back on line about 1/2 hour ago....what threads can't you click on (give me one of the titles and i shall try)

I found the site crashed this morning and had to reboot the server. I then got database errors - but corrected them and the site worked. If you get database errors, please post details so that I can look into this.

Are you sure the errors you got weren't just during the time between the reboot and the database fix - i.e. have you had any in the last hour?

I was getting them whilst looking at this thread a few mins ago.

It was just a generic "database error" page and no details were on it to give you.

Lots of other threads were doing the same within the last 10 mins, but it seems ok now.

Same here. Seems to be slowly getting better.

It wasn't consistent either... ie one thread would be fine one minute then broke the next and vice versa
