Where should I post a wanted Ad?

Hi guys, new here and for some reason I cant get into the 'items wanted' forum, do I have to be a member for that?

in the wanted section. if you read what it says in the wanted section, it will explain it.

rule 2 of the rules
2.Wanted ads can be posted by anyone, but until you have been a users for at least 60 days and have a minimum of 100 posts, you will not be able to see other people's wanted ads. This is to protect the advertiser from new users pretending to have the items requested.

Essentially, You can only see you own posts in the wanted area for now. You can post in there though.
