problems with vectra b (help) plz

Hi every1 wondering if any1 can help me I have a vectra b 99 facelift. Engine number x18 xe-1

I have changed plugs, coil pack, air flow meter, egr valve, throttle body and new fuel filter.

It seems fine then as I take my foot off the acelorater it seems to loose power as if it is lacking fuel then it kicks in until i take my foot off the pedal again. It's fine on tick over just wondered if any1 knows wot else it could be before I get rid??????

There is no engine management light on.
