how do i change a astra 05 car key battery

hi there just looking for some info as to change my car key battery its been out for about two mths does this mean i have to reprogramme it?)
i dont even know really how to open it ive got the buttons away from the key but can see were the batterys go? sorry bit thick lol any info would be great thanks k

If it's the flipkey, flip it out, and then in the groove where the key normally sits, you should be able to put your fingers in and pull the cover off. the cover is the blank panel under the Vauxhall badge, on the opposite side to the buttons.

I don't know about reprogramming though...
