Re: why?

You don't as you are a club member, others have to do 60 days and 50 posts, i agree there is nothing to stop people being ripped of either, but it's a little security

Re: why?

Id imagine people with more posts can be trusted, but like lee says, anyone can rip someone off.

Re: why?

To stop people bowling in like they own the place? People who have invested their time and knowlege posting on the forum are less likely to be the kind of person to do a runner with someones money, whereas someone with one post and head full if imaginary parts for sale might.

yeah i agree with the above-spammer posts in for a quick smash and grab
It does give you moderators to evaluate the poster looking at the stored 50 posts

So i agree its a neccessary evil
sorry for airing a little frustration-i love the club and most guys seem to be genuine bright sparks and very knowledgable to a few of us non starters!

Re: why?

no i was just saying because usually people kick and fuss about not being able to sell stuff but they usually do that after the rules...however, atleast neil was awesome enough to actually read the rules and ask if hes doing something right (or wrong)...a 2D beer to you neil
