i bought an xbox elite the other day completed the campaign mode within a couple of days bit of s **** ending to the game really, cant get the grips with the x box live stuff though! all the ****ing kids from usa talking and singing lasted 5 mnutes then swotched it off, havernt switched it on since
makesa a big difference if you play it in hd 1080p

LOL found that first round, there's some compressed gas cylinders up there too, so if you know someone's there but cant see them blow 'em up!!The Barret 50 cal Sniper rifle with silencer is a waste of space, very rare to kill anyone with a first shot from a distance.
Anyone else found the super sneaky hiding place in High Rise?
You can get onto one of the cranes and access a higher part of the building and snipe for fun
on high rise you can also get out on the crane jib. you need to go on the platform where the chopper is and jump across onto a platform thats hangin then you can head right out over the edge of the building.
i also noticed a guy up on a balcony type bit in one of the buildings in highrise, above the windows. couldnt work out how to get up there

i have started to play COD3 on my xbox360 again, finally got past a lvl i had been stuck on for about a year lmao
while we're on the subject of highrise there is an easter egg on that map too, go to the end where you can't get up to the second floor you'll see a window platform that has fell and hanging by one wire.
have lightweight equiped and jump onto the outer edge of it (as if jumping onto a ladder) you will latch on or miss (quite hard to get everytime) climb up onto the platform
now you can follow the ledge round to the other side where theres a wonky platform, run up it then double back onto the ledge on the roof, you can see the entire map!!
another I found that people don't usually look for it the big lettering sign, hop up onto the lifthousing and jump onto the gas cage adjacent, you can then walk along the wall and up onto the signs support struts onto the sign, you'll be suprised how many players run down there and hide in plain sight of you

If you are stood in front of the Helicopter so its nose is facing left, run as far right as you can and you come to the edge of the building, theres a ledge down there you can drop onto, run around the ledge and theres another window cleaner lift you can get to, perfect for hiding in if people don't look hard enough
Ok has anyone else has a freezing problem on the ps3?
Everytime i play this game, the campain will freeze after sometimes as short as only 5 minutes of playing....
Also multiplayer freezes sometimes ... AND (yes theres more lol) the connection in ****e most of the time .... anyone as unlucky as me ?

I get that aswell, only get it on multiplayer mode though, does my head in

I dont see whats not to get, just mute the kids on it, its easy to do. I aint heard one sing for a while now but a lot of the time i just block them.

Thats the games strength though.
Some of the maps on COD5 World at War were ridiculously big, you get killed and it takes AGES to then get back to where you were to shoot again.
COD4 maps were nice and small, biggest being Overgrown and Creek, the maps in MW2 are a nice balance between small and large enough that you can still get involved without aimlessly wandering around for ages.
honestly benn there a good size ive spent 90% of my time on multiplayer and learning them rather well now- get it and ill play against you

I've been having a go at this on the Xbox 360 from time to time, that is when i can kick my dad off it...
Not had a go online yet but will sit down and put some time aside for that!
