Mk3 Astra Lights

I have an MK3 ASTRA model of 1993
i have put the front and the rear bumper of the mk3 astra facelift of 1996 and i have keep the old 1993 front grille

can i put the electric lights ?

are the front lights different for 1993 model and 1996 model or they are the same ?

in the car there is a 0,1,2,3 switch for the lights

what should i do ?

Front headlamps are different in shape, they would still fit your 1993 model but you would need to fit the 1996 grill too.

do you know if Vauxhall had electric lights for the 1993 modell ?

i want to avoid to change the front grill ( i have put a mesh )

The lights have motors or adjusters.They can be swapped over between the different style of lights.

Mine's a 1993 and it has electric adjustment on the lights

the problem is that it is difficult here to find used electrical lights for the 1993 modell i was thinking to give mine and pay a small amount
i have found for the after 1995 modell
but i dont want to change the grill i have modify it with a mesh

i hope to send you some pictures of the grill its from GSI with the OPEL badge

I forgot to ask
behind the headlights there is a wire with a connector in both sides left and right
is this for the electric lights ?

Just looked and there is only one plug in that area and the colours are yellow........yellow/brown.......and brown.

i remember a wire coming ( dont remember the wires colour )

and at the end of the wire there is a brown connector
