    vw allys fit vaux ?

    Will alloys off VW golf mk2 gti 16v fit on my mk 3 cav sri ?

    (there 17ins oz polaris aloys)

    Yes they will fit, but you will find the offset maybe a problem.

    I have VW alloys on my GSi which are ET35, but the car isn't lowered at the moment so they don't cause a problem, but would do if the car was lowered -60mm They don't catch anywhere when on full lock either.

    ahh rite cheers ive lowered mine 60mm so they would be a prob, thanks...
    ps being et35 dose that mean they stick out slightyly ?
    and what offset am i looking for 45 is it ?

    they do stick out slightly.

    ET45 should be fine. Your best getting a set nearer to ET49 as you can. ET45 should be fine mate.

    My Cav is lowered 35mm on 17s and they don't catch even though the arches aren't rolled. But then they are ET45. I presume 60mm will be fine too.
