bubbly paint help ?

Had a GSI spoiler resprayed 2 days ago.
Did a lovely job on it and i re-fitted it today.

I noticed after finishing work, that the entire surface has small bubbles within the laquer.
These are soft which you are able to press down with your finger, although they rise again.
Once i had driven home, i noticed they had decreased quite a lot, although some still remained.
I reckon the hot sun today has something to do with it, but will it settle after a while, or do i need to take it back to be re-done ?

The problem is called solvent pop! it's caused when the bake temperature of the oven is too high and the paint forms a skin on the top before all the solvents have dried out,the solvents then have no option but to try and release themselves by tring to push through the skin that has formed.
Basically it needs re-doing properly

Was going to give them the car next month for a front end respray. Dont think i'll bother now. A blind man with parkinsons disease could do a better job
