if theres no mounting points then you wont be able to fit headrests in the rear unless you buy new seats, erm, also a word of advice, only get cav rear headrests, or head rests/ sleeves with the same part number, ive just fitted some omega headrests to the back of my astra, and it were a pain in the a*se!
