Leccy Sunroof

Just got hold of leccy sunroof from scrapyard £7.50 Fitted to my corsa no probs but can't seam to get the motor and mechanism to line up so it goes alll the way back

Some of them go back nearly all the way then stop, Then press the switch again and it goes all the way back

Only goes half way then stops, goes up and down ok but will try again tomorrow when I fit rear head rests and new irmscher door pins and dials if they arrive

Sounds like the motor doesnt know where it is (open/closed)

Opperate the motor so its out of the sunroof cogs as if you were tilting it.

Then opperate it as if you were closing it.

You then know its ready to fit to your sunroof in the closed position.

If you have had it out the car and been playing with it (opening and closing it) thats how the motor gets confused
