Tigra Headlining

The headlining in my 1996 N tigra basically looks pretty drab n boring! any SENSIBLE suggestions on how to improve it?
Can these things be replaced?

I guess you could either:
(A) try cleaning it - the cheapest option, but not very adventurous.
(B) replace it with a new lining from Vauxhall.
(C) What about alcantara? You might be able to have a new lining made up in this stuff, which would be quite expensive, but different.
