Take it we're at the front?

Leave it. There's a recess in the front bumper for the plate. So unless you've got an aftermarket bumper to go on (or a taxi platelmao ) I'd leave it.

Well its an original GSi bumper, it looks quite good with a square plate to one side, as the open mouth bit looks a bit bigger.

I have read somewhere that these square EVO type/style plates are going to be illegal soon, think its got something to do with the Number plate recognision cameras that are being installed all over the UK.

Sorry if ive pi55ed on your plans

which is very common mod on the gsi bumper, near on everybody whose modded that bumper - has that!... either leave it as standard... or go down a different route.

So MasterWu do you have a GSi bumper or are we talking about modding a standard one?

Leave it where it is. It looks neat in the recess it was designed for. After all, it's only a number plate.

Its a total replica apart from bonnet vents and ive left the tailgate without the plastic bit, on 17"s, m3 mirrors etc...

had a small plate (bout 9 inches long, ha) and got fined £30 by the po po.

what other routes can u take with a number plate?

And Master Wu.... do it cos I think it looks wicked

(I assume you will cut out the recess bit and mesh it)

There are talks of having stick on front plates on motorcycles in the future. Thatll look good then

And as far as the square ones go, they cant make them illegal due to things like Landrovers and some trucks using them.

Olly, its not about being common. I put mine on a square plate to the right because it looks better than the original location.

Who gives a fek if its common? If I wanted common I'd have got a twin exhaust for my car lmao
