Will a 13" Compomotive TH fit over Astra 256 brakes?

Can't comment on the TH wheels specifically as I've never tried, but there isn't much clearance with a 14" MO so I'd say it's highly unlikely. 5.5x14 is the generally accepted minimum wheel size for them really.

Maybe if they are the mega early ones which dish right out. If not maybe try a corsa Gsi brake setup.

My 15" Th's / Oz's fit over a 295mm 4pot setup so they are definately designed with clearence in mind.
