Corsa post 97' mudflaps on to Pre 97' bumper?

Alright lads i got some rear mudflaps off a chap on here. They arrived today and i found that they did not fit, which was a surprise to me as i thought they were all the same. Anyway i now realise that there were rear mudflaps for pre 97 and post 97 bumpers. I have the wrong ones so basically i wanted to know is there any way i can get the post 97 ones to fit my earlier bumper if i chop the little indented bit off the bottom or will they still not fit right?

Cant really be bothered to sell these and get some different ones but i guess that is better than hacking these up and losing out both ways lol As a side note does anyone know what vauxhall charge for a new set of rear pre 97 mudflaps? And if these wont go on to mine they are for sale so if you need them let me know. cheers

Doesnt matter now fella's ive figured out for myself that they wont fit (wrong shape) so they are for sale and i am after some PRE 97 rears if you have some let me know.

Have you tried ebay for someone breaking a corsa?
