how to remove b pillar trim on nova

the interior trim between the front an rear windows how do you remove it i ve removed the seatbelt bolt an cant see any other screws is it on clips
whats the best method to remove with out damage

Must be clipped on then

There clipped on. I have removed a couple and everytime some of the clips broke

There are metal push in likre spring clips on the back of them, one in each corner. So pull forward and then pull with your fingers in away so to not bend the corners.
