I Need a can of paint for my cav, its the Met grey/graphite grey color.
How do i get a perfect match, or does it need to go to a body shop cause its metallic ??
Its not a big area, about 1/4 the rear panel.

It sounds like the same colour as mine, in which case noThe tit at my local branch tried to mix a can for me and it was closer to black than the original colour. After three atempts i suggested that he gave up

my cav is met smoke grey and it blends in so well after a light polish to blend it in with the old paintwork so give it a go , if it dont look ok then get it done by a garage ... no harm trying yourself , halfords dont seem to stock a wide range of paint , best bet is vauxhall thereself if you only need a little area sprayed
if you can find a local trade car paint supplier they might mix you up some paint and put into an areosol (spelling?) can for you. thats what my mate done when he bought a GSi bumper for his motor.![]()
Nearly finished building a C20XE nova...
Halfords supply the spray cans for pretty much every colour (apart from, typically, brocade yellow (my bros car)) but they do match quite well, all you need is the skills in spray can painting![]()
