Whats the size of these original Corsa alloy wheels?

Hello,
I want to know whats the size of these alloy wheels, is it 14 or 15 inch? And also, does someone know whats the tire size for this alloy wheels? (I want to know if its smaller or larger than the size of Corsa B GSI tires [which is 185/60/14] ) Heres the picture:

judging by looks alone, i would say those wheels are 14". Ive only ever seen these wheels in the uk fitted to vectra b's (but in 15" size)

For 15"s on a corsa b, either 195/45/15 or 195/50/15 are what people use
