Wheels on corsa b

Hi guys,

I'm after some advice on wheel fitments on a Corsa b.

Ideally i would like steel wheels as small as possible (13" if possible) and as wide as possible. Now i already know that the Corsa has 4x100 wheel fitment but what is the standard offset or the biggest offset i can get away with and also what is the widest wheel i can fit?

secondly if anyone with tyre stretching knowledge could point me in the right direction on the best size wheel/tyre size to achieve a good looking stretch i would be greatly appreciative.

Maximum Offset of 45 with a range from 42 as this website says anyway.
Not sure about modding anything to increase this?
