    Cool chrome effect paint

Hi has anybody ever used SILVER HOOK CHROME ACRYLIC HIGH DENSITY SPRAY PAINT .I haved tried other chrome type look paint and they all have a powdery finish that rubs of even after it had dried and you cant clear coat them either .This one however seems to be more like a normal acrylic spray paint I hope lol .Any one tried it ?!!!! I want to use it on my strut brace and bits of detailing

VHT have 'chrome' paints and clear coatings that work with it.
I've seen them used on wheels to good effect.

Are you SURE you're preparing the surfaces properly?

yea its all prepped correct i think alot of so called chrome effect paints are sold as decorative chrome and the metalic componet seems to be fine powder that sits above the acrylic coating leaving a lead like compound on the surface .Looks good until something touches it them it just seems to rub off or turn matt
