Need a pic of how the Calibra front seatbelt bolts to the B pillar!!

I've had all my interior out and i did try to keep the bolt etc how it was when i unbolted it, but they both fell apart and i really cant remember which way it all went together....there is the bolt, belt holder, black/grey sleeve washer, the extender bit and the crome shorter washer....ive tried putting them on different ways and non look right.

Failing a pic, could someone tell me the order they go on please..

From what I can see without taking mine apart and looking side on from left to right driver's side.............
bolt head, seat belt 'D' ring, thick stepped spacer washer that narrows down to fit through 'D' ring, extender with metal clip over double washer and finally another spacer/washer that disappears in to plastic moulding.

If none of that makes sense I'll take mine apart at lunchtime.
