White dials for an Astra mk3.. where?

    Hi

I wanna change the bog standard interior of my Astra mk3.

Was thinking about getting some white dials (for speedo etc). With this I want to change the bulbs behind the speedo etc to some brighter blue LEDs as auctioned here http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...item=729237389

Can anyone tell me where i can get a cheap white dial for the Astra? Is replacing the dial easy? Any comments/opinions on the above?

    Thanks in advance

dials where from demon tweeks about 2 yrs back, i payed £34 for them ( no idea what they cost now ) surrounds where £35 ( ish ) from CC Motorsport and the vaux badge was from the top of a richbrook gear knob , quite easy todo as u cut old one of and slide the white dials over and stick them in place, as for blue leds i have them fitted in mine, they look so much better behind black dials as they are not as clear through the white one, but i prefer the white dials through the day

    hope this helps

    Thanks for the info mate

Are you saying that the blue colour does not show up well when using blue lights?

Would you happen to have a picture of the blue lights on with those white dials? I would have thought that the combination would look funky.. so a pic or something would be appreciated thanks.

ive tried posting pics but there not very good, but yeah they come through but not 100% clear, certanly not as impressive as the black dials lit up with the blue LEDS

Tom any info on CC Motorsport (address / telephone number) i really like the look of those chrome surrounds. Ive just fitted red dials and wanted to spray the black surround in silver till i realised the clear glass is sealed on an cant be removed (or can it ???)

www.ccmotorsport.co.uk is the web site looks good but service is poo ( to put it nicley ) they take ya money and dont deliver the goods when they say eg: youll have them in a few days, 4 weeks later and numerios e-mails and lots of phone calls i got them.

i like them alot but ccmotorsport seems to be the only place that has em

as for the surround bit yes it is sealed, it was a bitch to try and get them straight
