    Just noticed that PVD do a 7.0/18 in a 45mm offset ... would i need to do arch mods ?


    What do people think of these rims ?

    Nice wheels.
    I have them in that size on my cav gsi with no arch mods.
    Just make sure you stick to ET45 and you will also need to cut 5mm ish off your drive shafts if they have the same lengh sticking out.

    Got loads when they was 17's but none with the 18" versions.
    Had the V2's about 1 year ago, sold them, got some other 17's then went back to the V2's. They are a really nice wheel.

    I have 17" Dare RLS in a ET45 with no arch mods lowered 50/60mm on my Mk3 Astra at the moment

    Do you think i should go for 18"s ?

    What problems could i have ?

    im just going for a set of 18`s at the moment my self apperntly the front of the rear arch causes problems ill have to waith and see!

    erm ... not being at all mechanicaly minded ... what does this entail?

    and who makes them lights?

    any other probs with fitting 18's?

    On the front drive shaft there us a bit of unused treaded drive shaft (about 2" long after the holes for the split pin). All I done was grind off about 1/3 of what was sticking out.
    You dont allways have to do it, just depends what style centre (they dish in a bit).

    No other probles apart from that.

    I have had the rear springs out so it was sitting on the bump stops and they still didnt rub anywhere.

    The light's are made by 'MORRET' and arn't cheap (About £260 if i rember right)

    The only price I would let them go for is £900. They have only done about 2000 miles if that.
    They are still in mint condition and I dont really want to get rid of them.
