Virtual bodykits??????????? PLEASE HELP!!

Hi, I was wondering if there was any kind of program or something to put kits on cars and alloys like what they do in the fast car mag. I really would like to know as i have plans and i just want to see what they look like so i know what i'm letting myself in for.

There is a photo manipulating program made by Adobe called Photoshop...get it...learn it...then you can "virtually" modify to you hearts content!
