Advice needed - Corsa B aftermarket wheel

Right I've got a Momo wheel for my Corsa and a hub boss kit. Last time I swapped a steering wheel I ended up with no horn, and no indicator cancelling.

What do I do to keep the indicator cancellers working? And how do you wire in a horn?

    Thanks

From memory the boss should have a connector for the horn at the base and then a ring that connects with the wheel at the top. Something along those lines anyway.

As for the cancellers, same thing with the bottom of the boss i thought. I certainly had no issues with my Cav all those years ago.

what type of boss have you got as there should be a connection on the bottom for existing horn wire to attach to like a copper swivel plate with a wire to go to the center of steering wheel and will earth through the coloumn as for indicater canceling it may or mmay not have the notches on the back of the boss to do this i put a blob of weld rounded off to cancl mine

Right I fitted this the other day, I made sure the indicator cancelling ring was in the same orientation as the standard one, yet it doesn't work?

Is it long enough to reach the back of the switch and in the same position? Did you re-use the one off the back of the corsa wheel or one that came with the boss kit? One of my friends pulled the cancel ring off the back of the corsa wheel and jammed it onto the back of the boss - worked fine, but I've no idea what boss kit he used.

Hi mate the new boss came with a piece of metal sticking out of the back in the same position as the factory cancelling ring, so I just used that. It was a slightly different shape which is what I think the issue must be. It's such a pain in the ass though.
