    South Africa is your only bet, but I think these are only available in saloon form.

    No one in Europe does them as far as I'm aware.

    you can only get smoked and red rear lights like on the caliber coachworks astra. If there is anyone I would think try carisma, they would have to be custom made which would be a lot of money.
