astra gsi front spoiler

I have just had the car returned from the body shop after having a front end respray,unfortunatly although the respray was good the standard of things that have been put back is not that good, the lower black spoiler is loose and does not fit properly, does any one know how it is fixed to the car, i think there must be a number of bolts holding it on and it also has clips that locate in the bumper,but they do not hold in the slots, have they broken the lugs off, as it seems there has been an attempt to glue it on, or is this how it is held on,
help please, the car is an astra gsi

Theres a number of screws that go into clips & these sit into cutouts in the bumper, theres also a metal strip (in 3 bits) that goes down the full length of the splitter, i think
