    Polished Rims

    Any 1 know if polished rims are any good ie do they tarnish the first time you was them etc.

    im thinking of getting mine done also does any 1 know where does them and how much it costs?? ANy opinions on chromeing also?

    any help appreciated!

    you can do it yourself, just start with someting like 240grit and work upto 1500grit, look mint.
    They do start to go dull, you have to keep using autosol on them to keep them clean though. Well worth it mate!!!

    You cant really chrome alloy mate, you would have to zinc plate it first.
    If you polish them as i said before you can have them lacquared which will slightly dull the polish but you wouldnt have to clean them that much.
    Hope that helps, if not, best buy some already polished.
