Try talkin 2 a Vaux dealer. Sometimes they sell the handles already primered. Personally I would get myself down the local scrappy and buy a set. All you then need to do is spend a few hours sanding the plastic till it's a smooth as poss. Then talk 2 a bodyshop 2 get an idea on ££ to spray. Can try it yourself if U R confident but it nearly always ends up with a F***ing fly on it

take your time and sand them well, door handles are small so arnt too hard to paint well. try doing it in a garage or greenhouse, i've painted loads of stuff and never had a fly in it! dust is annoying though!!!! really ruins the finish,

dosnt need much paint so wont cost you much, can always get them done professionaly if you dont like them.

re you bit about getting flies on paintwork.
I spent two weeks doing my rear arches which seem to go on all astras around a decade old, and I didn't get a single fly on the paint or bits of dried out grass.
Anyway, I had no prior experience of spray painting and bought all my spraypaints at halfords, the only real quality you need here is patience. I could have made a right dogs ear of it, but actually saved myself a lot of money on a big job.
Buy the right gear (not expensive), always use primer, and always make sure the surface is 100% clean (you get unsightly 'holes' otherwise).
One dog goes one way and the other goes the other.
And this guy's saying, "Whaddya want from me?"
