Do all astra MK3 have this under the glovebox?

Hi,

Been looking at random Astra MK3 pics and noticed that all of the astras pictured had an extra shelf under the glovebox.

Like the one below

Should mine have one? its a 1994 Phase 1 1.4 ls (82bhp MPI)

no not all have them.
yours wont have one.

only ones which have them as far as im aware are gsi's, sri's and cesaros (

)

Nope, only GSi's and CDi's had the under tray!! SRi's might have had them, but I'm sure they didn't and that the two specs already mentioned were the only ones.....phase 1 astras anyway!!

I have a Phase 1 1.6GLSi 8v L(94) and it has a shelf. Its actually got a lot of bits, ABS, Elec/heated mirrors, sunroof, front elec windows, elec aerial. Quite chuffed really.

wasnt there a 1.8 version of the sri? maybe its only 2.0s (sorry for kinda assuming urs is a 1.8 PaulF and
