    Alloy unbuckling.

    Hey,
I brought a cav a few weeks ago, with 17" fox racing alloys on (look rather nice!) Only problem is one of them has what can only be described as "Met the Kerb" it has a lovely dent on the outer rim. Does anyone know of anyway this can be pressured back into place? I know they do it in the U.S but not sure about sunny old england. Any help/comments would be greatly appreciated as i want to throw the space saver through next doors window.
    Cheers
    Rob

I had a 'ding' in one of my alloys, was on the inner rim. Took them to get powercoated and the guy had no problem taking the ding out at the same time.

I assume most alloy refurb places can do the same.

There's a place near me called Carrick Engineering that do wheel refurb and will take on just about any condition of wheel and fix it and spray it. Most people where I live take there wheels there and when you get them back they look amazing just like they came out the box any colour you want for 30 quid a wheel.

For the price of a fox wheel, I'd just get another one. Fox wheels are very poor quality and may as well be made of chocolate. You'll weaken it by unbuckling as it's a cheap cast wheel rather than a forged.
