Full colour coded mirrors? Phase 1 or 2?

Currently got pre-facelift astra mk3 mirrors.
Was thinking of getting some facelift ones.

What do you think of fully colour coding them ie: spraying the baseplate too?





Which do you think looks better fully colour coded? Or do you think they should have the black baseplate etc?

Alright m8, you must be a mind reader or summat, I was thinking about the same thing yesterday.

Do you have any pics with the black baseplates, so I can do a direct comparison?

I think from the pics you've given me I prefer the phase 1 mirrors as they are bit more substantial (2 be honest i thought i'd prefer the phase 2 mirrors).

Im not sure whether having the baseplates painted would be a bit 2 much.

I don't like it all the sam ecolour mate.

Spray the plates satin black instead much tider!
