Big Problem, Need Help ASAP

I've lost my keys to my car and after two days of turning the house upside down I still can't find them and I've got a nasty feeling I've dropped them somewhere and some buggers walked off with them. I therefore need a replacement set of locks with keys (doors, boot, and ignition) for a 3 door Mk2 Astra. the other problem is it is alarmed and immobilised and need to know how to get round it as the immobiliser is permanently on. It is quite old alarm system so I think the chances of getting a replacement keyfob are slim to none.

Any help or info is appreciated.
