MG ZR wheels on Astra?

Will MG ZR 17" Straights fit my mk3 astra?

They're both 4x100 and the centre bore is very similar. Just not sure if the offset would suit it or not?

I think they'd look awesome, especially with some Opel centre caps!

I've never tried MG wheels on an Astra but I had 17" TSW's on an Astra with Spiggot rings which I fitted to an MGZR without spiggot rings.

i pretty sure they will fit, im sure i have seen a mk3 astra with them on, altough they do look very very similer 2 some old team dynamics wheels, think they were monzas?

Yes, they're very similar to team dynamics and also to O.Z superturismo's.

I can get hold of a set for cheap, but no point if they dont fit! Lol

I'd like to see some on a an astra! They'd look good i think!

oh and they do fit as my mate then put these same ones on a nova.

I forget now but the ones on the MGZr's are actually a branded name. Sure they were OZ

i put rover sei alloys on my corsa wich was lowered by 60mm all round and they scrubbed the inner arches when i hit any form of bump, i think rover offset is about 37 but im not 100% sure but i think you'll be alright

Yeah they should fit... Bore is 56.1mm and iirc Vauxhall is 56.6mm??

The offset is 42, so you should be fine.

my astra had no scrubbing and seemed to fit perfect....didnt fit the nova though

They look pretty good on that GSI!

I am lowered 60mm though, so maybe they'd scrub. I also go 5 up fairly often.

I think Mk3 Astra arches are a bit more forgiving than corsa/nova/mk2 astra etc...

my nova was lowered 60mm and on that pic the rear shocks had rotted through the turrets so it would of been even lower.

How did you remove the 0.5mm from the centre bore? I looked at getting a set machined out, but couldnt be arsed paying £10 per wheel...
